Description

About ElevenLabs ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. How we work High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. What we offer Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role ElevenLabs is looking for a Value Strategist to help our customers identify, quantify, and realize the business value of ElevenLabs across our portfolio, with a primary focus on ElevenAgents. This is a senior individual contributor role within our global Revenue organization, spanning the full customer lifecycle from early sales conversations through proof of concept, deployment, renewal, and expansion. You will work directly with customers and prospects to understand their businesses, build the case for investment, and establish how that value will be measured over time. On our most strategic accounts, Deployment Strategists in our Forward Deployed Engineering team already build account-specific business cases and ROI narratives as part of delivery. You will partner with them rather than duplicate that work. Your mandate is the value discipline across the whole book: the Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial accounts where no one is embedded, and where value today is quantified deal by deal or not at all. You will build the frameworks, benchmarks, calculators, and playbooks that let every seller articulate and measure value consistently, and you will use what you learn from strategic deployments to make that methodology sharper. This is not a quota-carrying role, nor is it a traditional advisory function. We are looking for a builder and a doer: s…

The system serves hundreds of thousands of travellers and is used by hundreds of operators, including operations teams, revenue managers, and planners. Build a ticket booking backend that allocates bus seats to travellers. Deep database expertise: transaction management, ACID guarantees, indexing strategies, query optimisation, locking, partitioning, and sharding. You understand how database design impacts system performance and reliability at scale. Experience building reliable distributed systems using patterns such as outbox, idempotency, retries, and eventual consistency. Comfortable reasoning about failure modes and system behaviour under load. Strong software engineering fundamentals: API design, testing strategies, observability…

Description

Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Senior Sales Manager UK

Moebel De · Remote (Hamburg)

Description

Our project for you: moebel.de is Europe's leading price comparison site for furniture and home furnishings. Our family of portals operates in nine European countries, including Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy and Poland. Now we are getting started in earnest in the UK: living24.uk is live – our price comparison site for furniture, home furnishings, garden and décor, as well as white goods and home electronics. The launch is done, the technology works. What decides the pace now are the retailers: the more relevant shops list their ranges on living24.uk, the stronger the comparison for users – and the faster the portal grows. This is not selling from a tidy list of existing accounts. You take on a freshly launched market and build the partner portfolio that living24.uk runs on. Whoever delivers over the next few months will shape what moebel.de looks like in the UK. That is why we are looking for you as Senior Sales Manager UK. Your future Tasks Building the market: you build living24.uk's partner portfolio – from first contact through pitch and negotiation to the signed contract. Your targets are UK online retailers in furniture, home furnishings, garden, décor, white goods, home electronics and small appliances. Selling a performance model: you show retailers how living24.uk pays off as an additional channel – through cost per click, visibility, feed quality and cost-of-sale. Seeing partners through to go-live: product feed, tracking, range checks – together with the team in Hamburg. After go-live our Relationship Management team takes over day-to-day care, so you can focus on winning new partners. Presence in the market: retailer visits, trade fairs and industry events across the UK. In a young market, trust is built face to face. Ear to the ground: competition, price levels, what UK retailers expect, seasonality – what you learn in the field feeds into product, pricing and priorities. Your Strenghts Several years of sales experience in UK e-commerce, ideally with a price comparison site, marketplace, affiliate network or performance marketing provider A solid network of UK retailers in our categories that you can put to work from day one Command of the performance model: CPC, CPO, affiliate, product feeds, ROAS and cost-of-sale are selling points for you, not buzzwords A hunter's mindset: you keep your own pipeline full, cold outreach included, and get deals over the line An appetite for building: pace and open questions appeal to you more than a field that has already been ploughed Working from the numbers, with clean CRM records as the basis for how you steer Willingness to travel across the UK and to regular meetings in Hamburg Fluent English at negotiation level – German is a plus, not a requirement Our Benefits Your day is yours to shape Work when you are most productive. Early bird or night owl: you set your hours flexibly, in agreement with your team. Working from another European country for a while? No problem. Your laptop is your workplace. Our culture is one of a kind Here everyone sits on the same couch, regardless of title or role. We live team spirit online and in person – gaming nights, workouts, film evenings and team events. Four times a year we meet for Company Week Working together in the office, pushing projects forward, pizza evenings and a party to finish. In the heart of Hamburg When you are in Hamburg, our office is waiting for you – centrally located between the main station, Mönckebergstraße and the Binnenalster lake. Perfect for lunch dates, a break by the Alster or a stroll after work. We are looking forward to receiving your application!
